Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is here to assist you whenever needed. Our receptionists are happy to set up appointments for examinations, surgeries, professional dental cleanings, boarding and grooming. They maintain your pet's medical records and vaccine history. They will help you make selections of the best products for your pet's needs, and will make the best effort to answer any questions you might have regarding your pet. If they are not able to do so, they will find someone who can.

Our technicians assist the doctors in the treatment of your pets. They collect and process samples for laboratory tests, develop radiographs, assist with surgeries and professional dental cleanings, and fill prescriptions as needed. They consistently strive to provide the best possible care for your pets.

As part of our client survey conducted by the Florida Veterinary Medical Association, our staff received the highest score (95%) when clients were asked to rate our staff members as "extremely friendly and courteous" and "really care about my pet". The average score for the "High Performer" group of other hospitals was 88%.

Every third Thursday of each month we set aside 2 hours of continuing education for our staff. This allows all of us to gather new information and knowledge that assures that our staff is always current on medical issues. During this time, usually 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, our hospital is closed except for emergencies. We hope that this does not greatly inconvenience our clients.
