Payment Policy

Payment policy for our veterinary services
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept pet insurance and Care Credit. We are unable to accept personal checks.
For some appointments and visits, we will require a deposit. This deposit will go towards your first invoice. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so during business hours, 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded, or the deposit will carry over to your rescheduled appointment. If you do not call (during normal business hours) to reschedule or cancel 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
