Payment policy for our veterinary services

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept pet insurance and Care Credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks at this time.

For some appointments and visits, we will require a deposit. This deposit will go towards your first invoice. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so during business hours, 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
