Cryosurgery

We use the Brymill Cryosurgery System to deliver liquid nitrogen to abnormal (cancerous or precancerous) and benign skin growths, such as warts or small mast cell tumors. This procedure may require mild sedation or a local anesthetic, but can typically be performed without it. A blister will develop where the liquid nitrogen contacts the skin. A scab will form on top of the blister, which will fall off within a few weeks and the area may temporarily appear lighter in color (less pigmented).
