Switzerland Animal Hospital has offered CO2 laser surgery since 1994, making us one of the first practices in Northeast Florida to adopt this technology. The CO2 laser cuts and cauterizes simultaneously — less bleeding, less pain, faster healing. It is especially precise near sensitive areas like the eyes, mouth, and ears where surgical accuracy is critical.
LigaSure vessel sealing
Specialist-grade. Here, as standard.
LigaSure fuses blood vessels shut using controlled pressure and energy — no sutures, no clips. This technology is standard in referral hospitals and surgical specialists, not general practices. We use it routinely for complex surgeries like splenectomies and internal organ procedures where precise blood vessel management is critical.

Cryosurgery offers a precise, low-trauma alternative for certain surface-level growths and lesions — no incisions, minimal recovery.
K-Laser therapy

A COHAT is far more than a dental cleaning. It includes a full oral examination, digital dental X-rays under anesthesia, and same-procedure treatment when disease is found — including extractions, oral surgery, and local nerve blocks. Up to 60% of dental disease hides below the gumline where no visual exam can reach.
